Rental Policy
We accept Checks, Visa, M/C and Amex.

We require a 50% deposit to book your reservation. Balance, taxes and service charges are due 45 days prior to arrival. Please contact our office for details about cancellation policies/refunds and travel insurance

This property requires a $1500 security deposit.

Refunds If you cancel your reservation for any reason and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 handling fee. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforseen acts of nature/God.

Rates stated do not include taxes or service charges. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept checks, money order, Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please read the Rental Policy page or contact us for more details and the refund policy. We do recommend purchasing All-Seasons Travel Plan through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
