The interior decor has many personal touches including two beautiful stained glass windows. The main living area has a dining room that seats eight at the table and four at the breakfast bar. There are cathedral ceilings in the living room and a queen sleeper.
Enjoy the privacy of a single family home complete with a two car garage and fenced yard. Dogs are welcome with prior approval. This home has clubhouse facilities including a heated indoor pool, four hot tubs, a sauna, racquetball and tennis courts. It is one block from the 70 mile paved bike path and borders the Arapahoe National Forest. Summer activities abound at Lake Dillon, and nearby ski areas that offer gondola rides, golfing and mountain biking.
The master bedroom with a king bed has its own deck overlooking the mountains as well as a private bath. The lower level has a bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally there is a family room with a bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a second TV and VCR.
The rates below include tax and there is an additional cleaning fee of $150.
